I used to blog about wedding planning, etiquette and marriage/faith related tips in a blog I ran for two years and when I started studying for my Personal Training Certification and embarking on my own fitness transformation, I retired one blog to begin this one! Over 2 years ago when I started this blog, I was married but circumstances caused me to have to change my focus for this blog and for myself.
I have had a lot of ups and downs that have kept me distracted from being able to blog consistently the way I used to. Obstacles have a way of knocking down and out but also building you up. I am ready to take on the last year of being in my 20's and chronicle my comeback. To use my favorite platform to be able to reach out to others.
